Womens Fitness

Understanding the female body and mind is the key to your fitness journey.  The one size fits all approach is out dated and leads to us feeling unhappy with our bodies, lacking self confidence and not getting the results we want.  Our bodies function differently in different phases of our mentrual cycle and our lifecycle.  This needs to be celebrated, understood and implemented into our training.

I am female coach and a mum of 2.  I have made B-Fit a space where you can feel comfortable and open about being you.
