Our Live Zoom sessions are LiftStrong and YogaFlex and there is a variety of on demand Challenges. Whether you want to focus on building strength, improving flexibility, or simply moving more, we’ve got something for everyone.

Our live workouts are conducted via Zoom. Once you become a member, you'll receive a link to join the sessions. You can attend from the comfort of your home, and all sessions are designed to cater to different fitness levels. Can’t make it live? Don’t worry—we record them so you can access them later!

Yes! All live workouts are recorded and uploaded to our on-demand library, so you can access them at any time that suits you.

The basic equipment you will need are dumbbells and a Yoga Mat for the live workouts.

Different challenges might require different equipment but it will be made clear within the challenge.

Absolutely! Girls B-Fit is designed for women at all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting out or are more advanced, the workouts can be adjusted to suit your abilities.
