What a fantastic week it’s been at B-Fit! The energy, commitment, and progress from all of you have been truly inspiring. Here’s a little roundup of what’s been happening, plus a sneak peek at what’s coming next.

EmpowerYou is LIVE! 🎉

This week marked the launch of EmpowerYou Coach, and my ladies are absolutely smashing it! It’s been incredible to see everyone diving in, showing up, and putting in the work. The energy in the sessions has been next level, and I can’t wait to see the results that come from this program. If you’ve not joined yet, it’s never too late to start—drop me a message if you want to get involved!

Community Classes Thriving 💪

The B-Fit community is growing, and the vibe in classes has been amazing. Lifting for Ladies has been FULLY BOOKED for two weeks straight, with a waiting list! Seeing so many of you prioritising strength training is brilliant—it’s what we need more of! If you’ve been thinking about joining, make sure to book early to secure your spot.

Still Glowing from the Luxury Yoga Retreat 🧘‍♀️

Last weekend was pure magic. From deep relaxation and movement to mindfulness and connection, the retreat was everything I hoped it would be—and more. I’m still smiling thinking about it!
