I wanted to start this week with a bit of honesty.

My energy has been pretty low lately, and after a round of blood tests (thankfully everything looks OK), it’s made me pause and really check back in with myself. Instead of pushing harder, I’ve gone back to my 5 pillars of health and asked myself a simple question: what do I actually need right now?

For me, the answer is clear — more rest, more calm, and more space to properly switch off. Less doing, more being.

And I know I’m not alone in that feeling.

New Class Launch: Hot Fitness Pilates 🔥✨

I’m so excited to finally share this with you…

Hot Fitness Pilates is launching on Thursday 27th February at 7pm in the B-Fit Hot Studio, and it’s going to be good.

This class blends the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with gentle heat to help muscles warm up, move more freely, and switch off busy minds. Expect controlled, effective movements that build strength, stability, and posture — without high impact or exhaustion.

The heat adds that extra layer of magic ✨
