Time is the biggest barrier for most women. That’s why B-Fit offers flexible joining options — PAYG, memberships, online classes, short sessions, and a weekly timetable that works around real life. You can pick what works for you, with no guilt and no commitment pressure
Where are your sessions held?
B-Fit uses a range of welcoming and convenient spaces so you can choose what suits you best. Sessions run from the B-Fit Studio, North Baddesley Rec Sports Pavilion, and Mountbatten School in Romsey, as well as online options for those who prefer to move from home. Wherever you choose to train, you’ll always get the same supportive, energising B-Fit experience.
