Beginner/Improver Yoga Course

Do you want to feel confident to join my Yoga sessions?  Starting this January Monday mornings at 930am.  I will be covering the foundations of Yoga including breathing (pranayama), postures (asanas) and relaxation.

This 2-week habit coaching program encourages you to record what you eat and explains how to use the information to help inform any future dietary changes.

Stop Snacking

This 2-week habit coaching program will help you eat regularly throughout the day while being in tune with your hunger and fullness cues. It will help you ‘re-connect’ with your body..

Massage Therapy

Chinese medical massage combines deep tissue massage, acupuncture, and manipulations.  Regulating the bodies energies, easing pain and improving daily discomfort and pain.

Welcome to our Gym

Our hub here at North Baddesley allows us to train inside and outside.  Training in the fresh air is great for building your fitness as well as improving your sense of wellbeing.

We have a great space to train here at North Baddesley Sports Pavilion and Recreation Ground which is close to Romsey, Southampton, Chandlers Ford and Eastleigh.
