So our new community slogan, chosen by the tribe, is officially:

Three simple words that perfectly capture what B-Fit is all about.

Move your body to build strength, energy and confidence
Connect with an amazing, supportive community
Empower yourself to take control of your health and wellbeing

And that leads perfectly into this week’s B-Fit tip…


💛 B-Fit Bitesize Tip of the Week: The Power of Community

Getting fitter isn’t just about the workout.
It’s about the people around you.

Studies consistently show that people who exercise with a supportive group or coach are far more likely to stay consistent and reach their goals.

Why community matters:

Accountability – people notice when you’re not there
Encouragement – someone lifts you up on the days motivation dips
Shared energy – group sessions boost mood and confidence
Personal support – a coach who knows you, your strengths and your limits

When you train with a coach who understands your body, your injuries, and your goals, workouts can be adapted so you feel safe, supported, and challenged in the right way.

And that’s exactly what the B-Fit tribe is all about.


👕 New B-Fit Kit Landing This Week

To celebrate our new slogan, new B-Fit hoodies and tops with the updated branding are launching this week!

These are perfect for throwing on before and after class, heading out for a walk, or just showing of the B-Fit tribe.

Keep an eye out this week — I’ll be sharing them in classes and online soon!


🔥 NEW: Hot Fitness Pilates – Spaces Still Available

There are still a few spaces available for Hot Fitness Pilates 17th March 630pm

This class combines low-impact strength work, core conditioning and mobility with the powerful benefits of infrared heat.

Benefits of infrared heat include:

• Helps muscles warm up faster so you can move more freely
• Improves circulation and recovery
• Encourages a deeper sweat to support detoxification
• Can help reduce stiffness in joints and tight muscles
• Many people find it incredibly relaxing and stress-reducing

It’s a fantastic option if you want to strengthen your core, support your back, and leave feeling energised but relaxed.
