Spring is here… let’s reset, refocus & feel good 🌿

Hi Tribe,
I’m going to be honest… I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather this past week.
After the most incredible trip to Morocco – filled with surfing, yoga, sunshine, and that amazing feeling of total freedom – I came back on such a high… and then my body clearly decided it was time to slow down!
And maybe that’s a little reminder for all of us…
Even when we’re doing amazing things, we still need to listen, rest, and reset 💛
But… can we just take a moment for this shift in season?
The longer days, lighter mornings, and that fresh spring air… it does something to you, doesn’t it? 🌿
It feels like a natural time to start again, gently.
Spring is the perfect time to refresh your habits without overcomplicating things.
We’re moving into salad season, lighter meals, and fresher foods – and it doesn’t need to be restrictive or boring.
Think:
✔ Colour on your plate
✔ Fresh, whole foods
✔ Easy meals that fit your life
Add, don’t restrict
Focus on adding goodness (veg, protein, fibre) instead of cutting things out.
Build balanced meals
Protein + carbs + healthy fats = better energy & fewer cravings.
Prep the basics
Wash salad, cook some protein, chop veg… makes healthy choices EASY.
Eat with awareness
Slow down, sit down, and actually enjoy your food (game changer!).
No extremes. Just simple, sustainable habits:
Use smaller plates
Sounds simple… but it works for portion control!
Hydrate first
Often it’s thirst, not hunger – aim for 1–2 litres a day.
Plan your snacks
Avoid the “grab anything” moment – have protein-based wholefood snacks ready.
Don’t skip meals
Skipping often leads to overeating later.

Hot Fitness Pilates has been an absolute hit 🔥
The energy, the vibe, the sweat… you’ve all brought it!
This is what has been said I’ve just tried Jo’s Hot Fitness Pilates. It was amazing working out under the infrared heaters. It definitely makes you sweat but it’s not unbearable. I felt the heat helped me move easier and will definitely be doing it again. Thanks Jo x
