Hello and welcome to 2026 💛

I wanted to start this year by being honest.

For many of us, 2025 was a tough year. It certainly was for me.
There were some real highs… but also plenty of lows. Moments of momentum, moments of exhaustion, and times where simply keeping everything ticking over felt like enough.

So if you’re coming into January feeling hopeful and a little worn out, you’re not alone.


The health & wellness noise 📢

One thing that feels louder than ever is the noise around health and wellness.

One day we’re told:

  • “You must lift heavy or it’s pointless”

The next:

  • “Don’t lift heavy, it’s bad for your hormones”

Then it’s:

  • “Cut carbs to feel amazing”
    followed quickly by

  • “Never cut carbs, your body needs them”

Add in cold plunges, supplements, biohacks, step counts, fasting windows, perfect sleep routines… and it’s no wonder so many women feel overwhelmed, confused, or like they’re somehow getting it wrong.

Health doesn’t need extremes.
It doesn’t need perfection.
And it definitely doesn’t need you starting over every Monday.
