If you’re looking for a gentler but effective way to move your body, our Wellness Classes are designed to support strength, mobility, posture and calm — without pressure or intensity overload. These classes are ideal for women who want to move with intention, feel better in their bodies and support their mental wellbeing.

Our Wellness Classes are available locally in Romsey and North Baddesley and online, so you can choose what fits best with your lifestyle.

YogaFlex

YogaFlex is a fitness-focused yoga class that blends mobility, strength and flow. It’s designed to help you move more freely, reduce stiffness and build strength in a calm, supportive way.

This class is perfect if you want to:

  • Improve flexibility and joint mobility

  • Build strength using your own bodyweight

  • Reduce stress and feel more grounded

YogaFlex isn’t about complicated poses or being “good at yoga”. It’s about moving your body in a way that feels good and leaves you feeling calmer, stronger and more energised.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates focuses on core strength, posture and stability — all essential for everyday movement and long-term health. Using controlled, low-impact exercises, this class helps support your back, hips and overall alignment.

Fitness Pilates is ideal if you:

  • Want to strengthen your core safely

  • Improve posture and balance

  • Prefer low-impact but effective exercise

This class works brilliantly alongside strength training or as a stand-alone option for women wanting to feel stronger and more supported in their bodies.

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Yoga Instructor and Fitness Pilates Instructor, with additional specialist training in menopause & movement and pre- and postnatal exercise. Over the years, I’ve worked with women at every stage of life — from pregnancy and early motherhood to midlife, menopause and beyond.

My approach to fitness has always been about more than just workouts. I coach for real, lasting results, helping women build strength, confidence and consistency in a way that fits their lifestyle — not one that adds pressure or guilt.

I believe fitness works best when it’s full circle. That means looking at movement alongside nutrition, mindset, sleep, stress, and self-care, rather than treating exercise as a stand-alone fix. My sessions are designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing, helping women feel capable in their bodies and more in control of their health.

Whether you’re just starting out, returning to exercise, or looking to train smarter as your body changes, my goal is simple:
to help you move well, feel strong, and build a healthy relationship with exercise that lasts.
