At B-Fit I want to make my sessions accessible to everyone so if joining as a member doesn't suit you right now you can pay as you go.
All you need to do is download my booking app Gym Catch (search B-Fitftiness) to your smart device or access on your desktop and you can book and pay as you go.
Here at B-Fit all my sessions are suitable for all fitness levels. As a level 2 group fitness and yoga instructor and level 3 personal trainer I can adapt the workout to suit you.
There is no pressure or egos here just supportive like minded people and the focus is on progression not perfection.
My monthly membership is flexible and can be paused or cancelled at the end of each month.
My 6 month or yearly membership can be paused if you are unwell and unfit to exercises, upon proof from a medical professional.
