Full Tribe sessions run in Romsey and North Baddesley, welcoming members from Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford, and Southampton.

TribeFit is:

  • A full-body strength and conditioning workout

  • Family friendly for ages 10+, making it ideal for parents and teens

A great way to move together in a supportive, welcoming environment.


🥊 Boxercise & Box & Bass (Female Only | Family Friendly 10+)

Boxing-inspired classes including:

  • Boxercise / Kickboxercise

  • Boxing to music (Box & Bass style)

  • Stress release, coordination, and cardio

Female-only sessions, with family-friendly options for ages 10+, creating a safe, fun space to move confidently.

  • Sessions are kept intentionally small
