Hot Fitness Pilates

Welcome the new era for fitness. A 1 hour 15 minute Hot Fitness Pilates session designed to help you ease into the heat safely and comfortably. Enjoy controlled Pilates-based strength work alongside the healing, relaxing benefits of infrared heat, with time to acclimatise and a calming cool-down to leave you feeling strong, relaxed, and restored.

🔥 Is Hot Pilates Right for You?

Hot Pilates is a strength-based Pilates class in a heated room. While the exercises are controlled, the heat places extra demand on the body.

✅ This class may suit you if:

  • You are generally fit and healthy

  • You are comfortable exercising in a warm environment

  • You enjoy slower, strength-focused Pilates

⚠️ This class may NOT be suitable if you:

  • Have a heart condition or high blood pressure

  • Experience dizziness, fainting, or heat intolerance

  • Have asthma, MS, diabetes, kidney disease, or migraines

  • Are pregnant or recently postnatal

  • Experience anxiety or menopausal symptoms worsened by heat

  • Are recovering from illness, surgery, or injury
