What is Fitness Pilates?

Absolutely not. Fitness Pilates is designed to be completely beginner-friendly. Your instructor will guide you through every movement and offer modifications so you can work at your own pace. Just show up — we'll take care of the rest.
Yes — many of our members join specifically because of back pain, and find real relief through the classes. The exercises gently strengthen the muscles that support your spine. If you have a specific condition or injury, just let your instructor know before class and they'll advise on any modifications.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in. Bring a water bottle and, if you have one, a yoga mat — though mats are available at the venue if you need one. Grip socks are a nice addition but not essential.
Most people notice improvements in how they feel — less tension, more awareness of their posture — within just a few classes. Visible strength and postural changes typically develop over 4–6 weeks of regular attendance.
