Absolutely. Every exercise has modifications and you're always encouraged to work at your own pace. There's no competition — just you and your mat.
Classes are designed to fit into a busy schedule. Check the schedule page for exact timings at your nearest venue.
Just yourself and some comfortable clothing you can move in. Mats and any props needed are provided. If you have your own mat, feel free to bring it along.
