Hi Tribe,
I don’t know about you, but motivation hasn’t exactly been knocking on my door lately.
And here’s the truth… it rarely does.
We often think we need to feel ready, energised, or motivated before we start. But actually, it’s the starting that creates the motivation.
Action first. Motivation follows.
Especially at this time of year — life feels busy, routines are shifting, and it’s easy to put ourselves to the bottom of the list. But this is your reminder…
You don’t need to feel like it.
You just need to begin 💛
Shrink the barrier.
Instead of thinking:
“I need an hour workout”
Try:
“I’ll just do 10 minutes.”
More often than not, once you start… you keep going. And if you don’t? You’ve still shown up — and that counts.
Consistency always beats waiting for the “perfect” moment.
